Full Build

A complete ServiceTitan pricebook, built for your trade, your rates and your market.

Most contractors don't have a ServiceTitan problem. They have a pricebook problem. Categories that don't match how you sell, task hours nobody ever set, and no good better best. We build the whole thing so your techs open the tablet and it just works.

$7,500. Four weeks. Half up front, half when you approve it.

Built by Bill Brown, Founder of Paramount Heating & Air, an Inc. 5000 company he built and sold. Founder of ServiceTitan Hacks, 11,100+ contractors.

We don't sell you someone else's prices

This is the objection contractors raise every time somebody offers to sell them a pricebook, and they are right to raise it.

ServiceTitan calculates your price from three things: the hours on the task, your labor rate, and the materials linked to it. Most pricebooks are broken because nobody ever set the hours or linked the materials. So the numbers come out wrong no matter what rate you enter, and everybody blames the software.

We build the structure and set the hours. You enter your rate and your margin. ServiceTitan does the math, in your market, at your numbers.

That is why this travels. The hours on a 40 gallon gas water heater replacement are a plumbing fact. Your rate is a business fact. We handle the first one and never touch the second.

What's included

Common reasons people order a build

Build a new pricebook from scratch
Add a new trade to an existing pricebook
Swap equipment brands
Add a materials section
Consolidate multiple pricebooks into one
Categories and structure built around how you actually sell, not a generic tree
Every service written in homeowner language, the same rewrite that powers our Overhaul
Task hours set on every item so ServiceTitan's dynamic pricing calculates correctly at your rate
Materials linked to services so job costing and truck replenishment are real
Good, better, best option templates your techs can pull up on the tablet
Import-ready file in the exact format ServiceTitan expects, plus a call to walk your team through it

How it runs

1

Application and call

You fill out six fields. We get on a call and go through your trades, your crews, your rates and what you are trying to fix. If it is not a fit I will tell you on that call.

2

Discovery, week one

Your labor rate, burden, target margin, service mix, equipment brands and how you want good better best presented. This is the part that makes it yours.

3

Build, weeks two and three

Categories, services, materials, hours, links and templates. You see a draft at the halfway point, not at the end.

4

Review and import, week four

We walk it with you, make the changes you want, and hand you the import file. Second payment is due when you approve it, not before.

Who this is for

A good fit if

You are going live on ServiceTitan and don't have a book yet
You have one but it was never set up right and you are done patching it
Your techs are building estimates from scratch on every call
You have no good better best, or it is a manual copy-paste job
You are somewhere between $2M and $15M

Not a fit if

Your structure is fine and you just hate the wording. Get the Overhaul instead, it is a tenth of the price.
You want somebody to set your prices for you. We set hours and structure. Your rates are yours.
You need it live next week. This takes four weeks and I would rather say no than rush it.
Nobody on your team owns ServiceTitan. A great book with no owner goes stale in six months.

Investment

$7,500

Half to start. Half when you approve the book.

Fixed scope and fixed price. No hourly, no change orders.
If what we deliver isn't right, we keep working until it is.
You don't pay the second half until you have looked at it and said yes.
Four weeks from kickoff. I would rather quote four and deliver in three.

Six questions. Takes a minute. If it is not a fit I will tell you rather than sell you.

No payment now. This books a call, nothing else.

Questions

Not sure this is the one you need?

If your book is structurally fine and just reads badly, the Overhaul is a tenth of the price and takes 72 hours.
