Every one of these came out of a question somebody posted in the ServiceTitan Hacks group. Not a whiteboard.

The part most tools skip
I have watched AI tools confidently hand a contractor a number that was wrong.
So this one is built to tell on itself.
Ask it which equipment is oldest and it answers like this:
"Only 461 of 1,503 installed equipment records have a usable install date. The other 1,042 could not be assessed for age."
That is the real answer. Most of your equipment records are missing an install date, and a tool that quietly ignores that hands you a call list built on nothing.
It will not swap in a different field to make the answer look complete. It will not treat the date a record was created as the date the unit was installed. If it cannot answer, it says so.
You should be able to trust a number before you put a tech in a truck over it.
Your data stays yours
This is the part people ask me about first, so here it is up front.
The app is yours. It lives in your own account, not on my server. I do not have a login to it.
Your credentials are yours. You create the connection inside your own ServiceTitan. You can shut it off in one click, any time, without asking me.
It is read only. It can look at your data. It cannot change a job, an invoice, or a customer record.
Nothing sits around. Your data lives in your copy for 24 hours and then deletes itself. Refresh it whenever you want.
I never see any of it. Neither does anybody else. There is no shared database.
